Manufacturing Quality Management Process 

  • IQC Control

    Before entering the warehouse, all raw materials and components, particularly the driver, LED chips, and radiators, undergo rigorous checks or testing to prevent any subpar items from being accepted. Any materials failing to meet our standards are promptly rejected.

  • IPQC Control

    Throughout the production process, a thorough inspection is conducted, and mass production only commences once products have undergone testing and passed inspection. Personnel perform periodic checks during mass production to ensure random testing.

  • FQC Control

    We ensure that all LED Lighting products not only align with customer delivery specifications but also meet our quality benchmarks. Finished products undergo evaluation to determine their quality status before packaging.

  • IP Waterproof Tester

    This tester performs reliable sealing tests, assessing the dustproof and waterproof qualities of finished LED light housings. Its purpose is to prevent the ingress of water and dust, safeguard electrical components, and enhance product reliability and lifespan.

  • Withstand Voltage Tester

    An instrument for measuring withstand voltage strength, this tester assesses electrical safety indicators such as breakdown voltage and leakage current in LED light lamps. Additionally, it can serve as a high voltage source to test component and LED light performance.

  • IES Photometric Tester

    The IES test assesses the light intensity distribution of a light source or luminaire in all spatial directions. The resulting curve, charting luminous intensity values in each direction on a polar coordinate graph, represents the luminaire's light distribution.

    IK Tester (Lamp Reliability Test): This test simulates the collision and drop of LED lights, evaluating the anti-collision capabilities of the lamp housing, glass, PC lenses, and more.

  • The Grounding Impedance Tester

Product Aging test

Ensure the Quality of Lighting

During the LED lighting aging process, all lights operate at full power continuously for over 24 hours. Throughout this aging procedure, each lamp undergoes testing through a cycle of more than 3000 power on/off sequences. Each cycle involves 20 seconds of illumination followed by 20 seconds of being turned off. The purpose of this test is to identify any potential defects such as dead lights, dimmed lights, flickering, or variations in color.

A record of the aging process is maintained by testers, with updates made every 2 hours. If any defects are detected during the aging process, immediate action is taken. The faulty product is removed from the aging rack, and a detailed record is generated. These defective items are promptly forwarded to the maintenance department for necessary repairs or adjustments.
